COVID Resilience Skills™ Training Packages

We offer three different workshop packages to help your team build essential resilience skills for their wellbeing and success in these trying times. The COVID Resilience Skills™ team can also meet with you virtually to listen to your organization’s unique conditions and concerns if you'd like a more customized workshop or presentation. Your input is invaluable in tailoring the training to meet your organization’s specific needs.

Includes: Designed for one-time events (e.g., conferences, end-of semester/year events, teacher trainings).  This workshop includes a selection of audio and video practice resources for participants (practices  demonstrated in the workshop).

Six Session - 30 Minute​Virtual Workshop

Includes: Planning meeting with client staff, pre- and post-workshop participant questionnaire, six 30 minute skills training workshops facilitated by two trainers, weekly audio and video practice resources for participants, and wrap-up meeting and questionnaire report.

​Why Now?​


​COVID-19 has been taking a massive physical, emotional and psychological 
toll on organizations and employees alike, particularly those whose jobs put them face-to-face with the overwhelming and often devastating impact of the pandemic. 
With over 50 million Americans infected, more than 800,000 deaths from COVID-19, and now the rapid spread of the Omicron variant in many parts of the country, workers in our healthcare and educational systems, business, and other sectors are exhausted, many demoralized and experiencing PTSD-like symptoms. They need tools to help them process stress and trauma more than ever.  This continues to be a "911" situation. COVID Resilience Skills™ virtual training is ready to respond and help.
